There are several ways to get library help if you are an online student!
Call
Online students may call the library at 662-329-7332 during regular hours to receive assistance from library staff.
Schedule an Appointment
You may also go to Fant Library's home page and click "schedule a research appointment" to schedule an appointment with a librarian. Our faculty are happy to meet with students either online or in-person.
Chat
At our website muw.edu/library, you can start a live chat using Ask Athena, located on the right-hand side of the screen. Type in the information and your question, and click start chat.
Text
You can text the library during our regular hours at 662-596-1053 to chat with a librarian. If you text after hours, a staff member will follow up with you the next day.
