A hold is an item from Fant Library (or any of our partner libraries in the Mississippi Library Partnership) requested through the catalog and held for you to pick up at Fant Library. Hold items are checked out to you through your library account and may be returned to any library in the Mississippi Library Partnership. Hold items will have a small square hold slip taped to the front cover.

An interlibrary loan is an item borrowed from a different library network outside of the Mississippi Library Partnership. These items are requested through the Interlibrary Loan Request form and checked out to you through OCLC WorldShare. ILL books will have a large paper band around the front cover with the due date and other information about the request. ILLs may only be returned to Fant Library.
