- No! We understand that accidents happen. We encourage students to report any damage honestly. Reporting issues immediately allows us to assess the damage and determine the appropriate next steps.
2.What should I do if I accidentally damaged a laptop?
- Please let the library staff know what happened when you return it. Reporting damage promptly helps us repair the device quickly and keeps it available for other students.
3. Can I repair the laptop myself?
- Students are not permitted to attempt to repair, replace, or alter the device. Unauthorized tampering could result in a laptop replacement fee being placed on the Student's Banner account.
4. What if I lose the laptop or it's stolen?
- In case of stolen device, contact Campus Police immediately at 662-241-7777, then contact the library staff at 662-329-7332 as soon as possible.
